Frequency & Publication Schedule
- Issue 1 (January–April): Published at the end of April
- Issue 2 (May–August): Published at the end of August
- Issue 3 (September–December): Published at the end of December
Publication Process
STEDA-RJTEACH uses the Open Journal System (OJS) for manuscript submission,
peer review, and publication. All authors, reviewers, and editors must be registered on the OJS platform.
The journal strictly follows a double-blind peer review mechanism to ensure academic rigor.
Editorial & Institutional Policy
- Editors and Editorial Board members are not allowed to publish in the journal.
- Manuscripts from authors affiliated with STEDA are not eligible for publication.
- A minimum of five (05) articles are published per issue.
- At least 25% of articles per issue aim to include international authorship.
Authorship Policy
Authorship is limited to individuals who have made substantial scholarly contributions to the
conception, design, analysis, interpretation, and writing of the manuscript. All authors must
approve the final version prior to submission.
Manuscript Submission Guidelines
Manuscripts must be written in clear English and submitted exclusively through the OJS platform.
Submissions must follow APA 7th edition referencing style and adhere strictly to the journal’s
formatting and structural requirements.
Open Access & Copyright Policy
STEDA-RJTEACH operates under a full open-access model. Authors retain copyright
of their published work and grant the journal the right of first publication.
All articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license.
Originality & Plagiarism Policy
The journal follows a zero-tolerance plagiarism policy. Manuscripts are screened
using similarity detection software in accordance with HEC plagiarism guidelines.
Manuscripts with similarity up to 19% may be considered for review.
Peer Review Policy
Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two subject experts under a double-blind peer review system.
Author identities are concealed during the review process to ensure impartial evaluation.
Conflict of Interest Disclosure
Authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest. If no conflict exists, authors must
explicitly state this in their submission. Reviewers are also required to disclose conflicts.
Corrections & Retractions
The journal follows COPE Retraction Guidelines. Corrections, clarifications,
or retractions are issued transparently when ethical or scholarly concerns arise.
Research Data Policy
Authors are encouraged to share research data through recognized repositories where legally
and ethically permissible and to include a data availability statement.
Ethical Standards
STEDA-RJTEACH strictly adheres to recognized ethical publishing standards. Any form of unethical
behavior by authors, reviewers, or editors is addressed promptly.

Submissions
Author Guidelines
Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.
Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.
An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.
